Booking
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking.
The balance for the stay is payable 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
If bookings are cancelled, due to COVID 19, out with 8 weeks of the start date of the holiday then the deposit is retained by us and the guest will be offered change of dates with the deposit being transferred to the following booking.
If bookings are cancelled within 8 weeks of the start date of the holiday due to COVID 19, after the full balance has been paid, guests are not eligible for a refund. The guest will be offered change of dates with the full amount being transferred to the following booking.
In the circumstances that you or a member of your group has become unwell with COVID 19, therefore cannot travel, we can either offer you a change of date or endeavour to re-let the property. If we are successful in re-letting the property we will refund you any monies paid minus the deposit. If the re-letting is done at a discounted price, this discount will be removed from any monies refunded.
If unsuccessful in re-letting, the guest will not be due any refund.

Cancellation policy out with COVID 19 crisis
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances and events beyond your control may force you to change your plans.
In the event of adverse weather or breakdown causing you to cancel your booking, we are in no way responsible for any losses so incurred.

Cancellation to be in writing or by e-mail. IT MUST BE RECEIPTED BY US before being effective.
All guests are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance.
Departure and Arrival times
Due to strict COVID-19 cleaning and sanitisation regimes departure is by 10.00 a.m. and arrival from 16.00 p.m.
Circumstances may allow these times to be amended by prior agreement where possible to accommodate guests individual travel arrangements. We will try to be flexible.
Complaints
Any complaint regarding your stay with us should be made in the first instance to the Property Manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.
Vehicles and personal property
Vehicles, accessories and contents are parked or left at Traigh Farm at their owner’s risk.
The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.
Unacceptable behaviour
We reserve the right to remove or restrict from entering the property any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy.
No refunds will be given in this instance.
Strictly No smoking in the properties please, this will be treated as unreasonable behaviour.
